“I am very excited to take on this next chapter in my career. The opportunity to work alongside some very talented professionals is the perfect storm for our vision moving forward. Paying homage to our multi-cultural city, we will introduce new flavours and techniques inspired by diverse cultures, while sourcing ingredients from local suppliers, keeping the Pacific Northwest cuisine at heart. Dockside is a staple of Vancouver and Granville Island businesses and I hope to continue to improve and expand its reputation for great food and excellent service.”
