Dockside featured on the cover of Where To Eat 2020

Where to Eat Vancouver is the annual guide to the best and most delicious places to eat in and around Vancouver and Dockside is honoured that its Seared Scallops were chosen to be the cover photograph for the 2020 edition, just hitting the shelves now.

This sumptuous dish, available on Dockside’s dinner menu, is made with delicious local scallops which are finished with prosciutto, cauliflower, fennel and squid ink aioli, is as delicious to eat as it is beautiful to look at.

It’s credit to the creativity and technique of Executive Chef Zazh Steele and his team as they turn the best local and seasonal ingredients into the dishes which delight all the senses.
