Dine Out Vancouver is a chance for chefs and restaurants to show off their creativity and skills in creating multi-course menus for the season. At Dockside Restaurant on Granville Island, Executive Chef Victor Jacinto and his team have created a menu which shows off all sides of their cuisine: Ocean Wise seafood creatively and carefully prepared, perfectly-executed classics dishes, and sumptuous made-from-scratch desserts.
With choices like Linguine Vongole, bursting with local Manila clams, Beef Wellington, Crab & Shrimp Cakes, and Ducks Prosciutto Tart, finished with the choice of a housemade Panna Cotta or Chocolate Apricot Layer Cake, the experience of Dine Out Vancouver at Dockside will linger long in the memory.
Carefully selected BC VQA wine pairings and Dockside’s own in-house brewed beers are available to complete the meal. The Dine Out Vancouver menu is available from January 20th – February 5th and costs $40 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
